Milling

Milling is a machining method, where a rotating tool which has more than one blade, removes unwanted parts of the aluminium workpiece. The material is removed in the form of shavings. Among the opportunities milling can offer are:

  • Machining of long profiles
  • High-speed machining
  • 5-axis machining
  • Traditional CNC horizontal and vertical machining

Turning

Turning is a machining method, where a so-called rotating steel removes unwanted parts of the aluminium workpiece. The material is removed in the form of shavings. Among the opportunities turning can offer are:

  • 5-axis turning
  • CNC turning
  • Automatic turning of bars
  • Long turning
